| Howell and Webb classify this species
as a winter migrant to the Caribbean slope. They give one site
record for El Salvador and do not include central Honduras within
the the range. They are certainly uncommon in El Salvador (I
have only ever seen a couple at Perquin), but they are reasonably
common in Central Honduras (I have seen them at Copan, Celaque,
La Tigra and just north of Tegucigalpa on the road to San Pedro
Sula). |
